Agata Dziarnowska, MA (European Commission)

Agata Dziarnowska graduated at Warsaw University obtaining a degree in law. She continued her education path in the College of Europe, MA in European Interdisciplinary Studies. Since 2009, she has been working in the Ministry of Sport and Tourism of the Republic of Poland as an expert on EU affairs as well as education in sport, development of dual career of athletes and EQF/NQF in sport.

Mrs Dziarnowska was a representative of Poland in the: EU Council Working Party on Sport; EU Expert Group on Good Governance in sport; EU Expert Group on Education and Training in sport and Erasmus+ Committee. Moreover, under the Polish Presidency in the EU Council she was a Chairperson of the EU Council Working Party on Sport.  In 2014 Mrs Dziarnowska started the new chapter of her professional career as a Policy Officer in the Directorate-General for Education and Culture in the European Commission. Her main tasks are  education and training in sport, sport diplomacy as well as relations with Council and Presidencies.

Agata Dziarnowska for many years was an handball and beachhandball player in Poland.
