Koen Beyen (Belgium)

BIO

Koen Beyen is a Belgian football technology executive based in Hasselt, working at the intersection of football operations, data intelligence and product development. He is responsible for Business & Product Development at COACHINSIDE, a Munich-based platform that builds the world’s largest data-driven scouting database for professional football coaches.

Beyen also serves as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) of SoccerLAB, a player and data intelligence platform used by federations, academies and professional clubs worldwide, including BVB Dortmund, PSV Eindhoven, AZ Alkmaar, KRC Genk, Club Brugge, Al Nassr and many others. SoccerLAB is part of the EDGE10 Group, which serves elite organisations across MLS and more than 150 professional clubs and national federations on five continents.

His work focuses on bringing objective data, video and editorial analysis into traditionally network-driven football decisions — particularly in head-coach scouting and coaching-staff recruitment — and on integrating these workflows with broader club management systems.
